I've shown these lollipop flowers before. They're really fun and inexpensive to make.
- Simply cut 3 circles in varying sizes from your paper scraps. No need for a circle cutter or punch...cutting them freehand gives it a more interesting look.
- Ink the edges to make them pop, then stack on top of each other.
- I like the patterns of the paper to alternate--busy pattern, not busy pattern, busy pattern--or vise versa.
- Add some 3D foam between each layer for some added dimension. Be sure to choose a foam that's not too thick since you'll have so many layers.
